More than just a job.
For over twenty years, Old Skool Cafe has provided jobs, training, mentorship, and community for at-risk, formerly incarcerated, and foster care teens and young adults. We don’t want you to simply clock in— we want to help you show up whole.
The applications are closed for our March cohort. We are accepting applications for our Summer program in June! Thank you for your interest in OSC.
Who should apply?
Youth ages 16-22
What is the commitment?
Old Skool Cafe is a two-year training program
Tuesdays are mandatory training days
Expect 3 days of work each week
Do I need restaurant experience?
Not at all! We expect that this will be a first job for most youth employees.
