Restaurant Partnership Opportunities

Our youth come from a low-income background and many of them have never eaten at a fine dining restaurant.  Without that experience, it is difficult for them to provide a level of food or service that they have never experienced themselves.  Partnering with us to provide dining experiences, externships and coming to OSC as a Guest Chef are all invaluable ways to invest in the training and development for our youth.

We invite you to join us!

Provide Externships or Guest Chefs

These friends of Old Skool Cafe have provided externships for our youth or lent their chefs to our kitchen. Our youth gain valuable experience in other kitchens as part of the last stage of their training. Externships provide restaurants with a pool of future employees.
